Shelly's Cigar Bar
We headed over to Shelly's Back Room, just down the street from Ceiba's. Jen quickly spotted a news anchor (but his name escaped us all)... this is clearly a happening WDC spot. Michael took this photo.

Ok, I haven't figured out who this journalist is yet, but remember the guy who walked past us at Ceiba? Nicholas Burns, State Department Spokesman & Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs ... not as cool as Kate Hudson at Uchi, but it's "DC cool"
